Special oil drain plug with valve. The Bochumer plug

This is a special oil plug with a one way valve for the oil sump. You can drain oil without tools. I am fitting mine at the next oil change in about 1700 km.
The cap is unscrewed and the drain tube screwed on. This will push open the spring loaded valve letting oil run out in a controlled manner. You don't need to lift the car to drain out the oil. The brass cap is secured with a chain so you wont lose it if it falls off.
With this I can drain out the oil by the roadside when Greta Thunberg is not looking.

Does this come in required size ? Also does this require the sump to be removed or its a simple replacement of stock Plug ?

Just remove original plug and replace. It is just a simple replacement.
These are the sizes they have.
      M14 x 1.5 x 16
      M26 x 1.5
      M14 x 1.5 x 22
These dimensions are for the VW.
The M14 x 1.5 x 16 might be the size used in most 4 cylinder VW engines.
