Unhappy Handling Upgrade Options For Hyundai i10

I'm wondering if there are any handling upgrade options available for the Hyundai i10. I checked out Petes' website but cars list doesn't have i10 in it. Does Bilstein or Koni have after market suspension for the i10? I'm interested in the following items.

      1) Struts and Dampers
      2) Lowering Springs
      3) Strut brace upper and lower (like the items available for the Swift)

One thing i already like in the i10 compared to the Santro is that i10's rear suspension is a torsion beam axle like the Swift and most other cars today. Santro has a beam axle with a panhard rod like other small hatches. Handling of a stock i10 is doesn't catch up to the speeds possible by the i10 with the kappa motor.

      ee pillere kondu maduthu...

From whatever little i Know its very difficult to find suspension upgrades for most hyundai's. You can get away with custom braces, besides I doubt u wanna blow a lot of money on suspension.

Custom brace is an option, but finding a good fabricator is the problem. For the lower brace even to get one custom made we need a reference to work with.

In the case of i10 1.2 there's no point in doing up the engine as long as the stock suspension is what's pinning the car to the road. Before doing something to the engine i guess its better to make it handle. Once it handles it can go much faster and be more fun even with the stock engine.

Hyundai guys not to worry H&R have spring kits for most Hyundais out there Getz, Accent, Verna, Elantra, Sonata etc.. They are developing springs for i10 and i20.

Also eibach has a pro kit for the i10

I searched for shocks for a Verna and could find zilch options, only option was a coilover which did not even have rebound settings.

For Verna you've got Bilstein from Petes
