      Suzuki refreshes GS150R

Goaonwheels reports there is image makeover to Suzuki GS 150R

Images of the yet to be launched refreshed GS 150R have surfaced on the Suzuki GS – 150 R – Owners, Riders & Lovers facebook page.

The bike gets a new white colour option and also some new graphics scheme. There are no major changes seen on the body. The bike is expected to get a rear disc brake, tubeless tyres and new silencer (guess its probably to meet the new emission norms).

The bike sports a 150cc engine and six speed gear box. Looks like the bike makers are giving their existing products some new life. Yamaha recently launched the refreshed FZ Series, Bajaj is planning to launch the 2012 Pulsars on a new platform while Honda may give the Unicorn some decent updates.

Rear disc brake is the only good thing on this refresh. I hope that they don't increase the price.

ABT Suzuki(Nandanam) hardly sells 5-6 GS150R bikes every month and this could be the case in majority of showrooms.

the bike also needs a slightly stiffer suspension at the back . the rear disc brake is the only genuine upgrade here . the changes to the front fairing don't look so bad either . suzuki should also look at increasing their dealer network and ASS that woud help in getting them some numbers .

With some new launches coming up the battle in the 150cc segment will sure heat up.

Now that we have the refresh, it's very clear that it's the stickering job. Which guy jumped job from Hero to Suzuki?

There is no rear disc brake and it's still the tube tyre.
