i really suggest you go for the ZMA even though it crosses your budget by a fair bit .IMHO its worth investing that extra amount on a good bike
The things which work in the ZMA 's favor for me

      -very refined and smooth engine
      -very good all rounder
-very comfortable riding position( which is your main requirement )
-good quality if maintained properly will serve you for years
-ZMA enjoys a good resale value as well.
      -HH ASS is pretty good.

Finally, booked a GS150R black against my other consideration. I decided I had to slighlty relax my high seating position requirement for other features that this bike offers.
Expecting to get my hands on the new gs150r by this weekend.

mhawkk, Congrats. Are you getting the new version of GS150R which has disc brake on the rear wheels as well. I am not sure if they had launched it but they did have a plan for such a version.

      Suzuki refreshes GS150R

Also, I could see no stickers on the fuel tank. Were they deliberately removed?

Thanks, roadracer. Infact your review and ownership experience slided me in favour of suzuki not to mention my first bike was also from suzuki - samurai.
I read somewhere that the new model will be launched on or after october, and the showroom ppl had no idea of it. Guess, it will be nothing more than a mere cosmetic upgrade, with two additional colours with modified graphics for which I don't think the wait is worth and also have to pay more.
Don't confuse with the image, they have the same old stickers and graphics, its a grabbed one from net.

Here now I have my GS150R. I rode my bike approx 50 km till now after delivery.
It's pleasure to ride this bike. The digital console behaves almost like a car's dashboard. Suspension is good but not as great as unicorn so as is the handling. But ride quality is on par or slightly better than its close competitor. My initial assumption with this bike seating position proved wrong, the posture is almost ideal enough to hold my back for long period. Engine sounds better than unicorn, infact I like the beat. I felt as if riding a grown up unicorn. Overall felt a better version of unicorn, may be I haven't ridden newer dazzler.
