congratulations on your new buy. Its a good choice.
What is your intended monthly mileage? Just to add food for thought to my own diesel/petrol dilemma.

Have not decided yet on the additional Accessories apart from the upgradation of lights, bcoz the stock one is really bad.
Very few know the Versa better than me(no boasting here );I've maintained one for close to 7 years

I'd suggest a PMP relay kit(relay plus all wiring as one unit) and 90/100 HALOGENS ; your lights will be great thereafter

Keep a close watch on the tyres - rotate them every 5k kms.175/70 would've been the right upgrade but it is ok.

If you can, please get the alignment guy to set the toe to accuracy of +-0.5mm (and not the +-2.5mm which is recommended for this vehicle)

All Eeco and Versa owners - please don't hesitate to post your queries to me

      akit Thank you Pal

techsom Thank you Pal!!! and also for the nice insight on the vehicle, will have the alignment guys check during the weekend for the accuracy.

I have changed the lights as said above with the relay kit and added a dual horn from the horrible one.

I will have a drive next weekend to Yercaud for 2 days with family hope to know the Eeco more

Please let me know more on the accuracy issue in alignment, is it because of Tyre getting bald on the inner side ?

I am clueless on the uneven tyre wear issue - when I had the Versa,I used to remove and reverse fit the tyres viz. inside out to keep wear even.

My tyres lasted 48000km and had some life but I decided to give them away for a new set - got 2,200 for all 5.

Later when I got my Corolla,I found that alignment specs in the Corolla are tight viz +-0.5mm so that just rang a bell - if the Eeco tyres are better aligned, maybe the uneven tyre wear would also go.
